At Z Spa, we strive to make each experience an extraordinary one. The following policies and considerations allow us to provide that to each and every one of our clients.
Fresh Air. To ensure the health of our staff and guests, Z Spa is equipped with Clean Air System. Z Spa also continues to ensure a healthy environment for our guests by upholding a no-smoking policy.
Peaceful Atmosphere. Z Spa is a place for peace and relaxation. Please turn off your cell phone and keep noise and voice levels low in consideration of other guests.
Pets. No pets are permitted per the health department.
Appointments. We recommend you make an appointment ahead of time, especially for weekend appointments. Your gift certificate number or credit card number is required when making an appointment.
Cancellations. We require a 24-hour notice of cancellation for individual services and a 48-hour notice of cancellation for package services. If notification is not received within these time requirements, a cancellation fee of 50% will be charged.
Punctuality. We encourage you to arrive 15 minutes early to your appointment. Being late to your appointment will result in a reduction in time for your service in order to maintain punctuality for our other guests.
Services and Prices. All services and prices are subject to change.
Credit Cards. We accept Visa, Master Card, American Express, and Discover in our store. In our online store, we accept Visa, Mastercard, and American Express.
Personal Items and Valuables. We regret that we cannot be responsible for loss or damage to personal articles including clothing and accessories. Lockers are provided; however, we do recommend that you keep all valuables with you during your appointment. On spa days, please leave your jewelry at home.
Gift Certificates. We offer gift certificates for services, packages, or dollar amounts. Keep gift certificates in a safe place, for we cannot be responsible for lost gift certificates. Please note that all gift certificates are non-refundable and cannot be reissued.
Refunds. There are no refunds for services or sales items.
